1. How long does it take for orders to be processed and shipped?
Orders are processed promptly and prepared for shipping within 12–24 hours.

2. Where do you ship, and what are the delivery timelines?
We currently ship across Australia and internationally.
For domestic orders within Australia, we offer free shipping, and you can expect delivery within 2–5 business days.
For international orders, delivery times may vary but generally take up to two weeks to arrive at your location.

3. How can I track my order?

You can easily track your order through Australia Post by using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Simply visit the Australia Post website and enter the tracking number to see the status of your delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns and offer refunds for products returned in their original condition and packaging. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or feel the color or deesign doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us at info@topsip.com.au to initiate the process.
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us at their own expense. Once we inspect the returned item and confirm it has not been used, we will process the refund.

2. Are damaged or defective products eligible for returns or refunds?
We take great care to ensure our products are in perfect condition before shipping. However, if your product is damaged during transit or due to issues with the shipping provider, please reach out to us at info@topsip.com.au. We will work with you to arrange a return and refund for defective items.

3. Can customized products be returned or refunded?
Unfortunately, customized items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. These products are made to your specifications and are uniquely tailored to your preferences.
